    It is with tears in my eyes & a hole in my heart that I write of the passing of *the world's sweetest STINKY MAN*... Morrie recently had to be humanely euthanized. The mobile vet came to the farm. We gathered beneath a shade tree. We held him close as the vet injected a sedative. It was a slow gradual sleepiness that overcame our big guy. As the sedation took effect it allowed us- time- time to tell Morrie of our love for him, time to tell him how much we would miss him... how he would live on in children, grandchildren & great grandchildren. To assure him he will never be forgotten. Time to kiss & stroke him as we told him, that our lives & our herd were so much richer because of him. Once our beloved *king of the barnyard* was deeply asleep -head nestled in Jessica's lap- the final shot was given.. He gently drifted away...taking a bit of us with him. We feel blessed that there will be *little morries* being born...one final kidding season.
